How difficult is the UK Extended Driving Test for a banned driver to pass? [with commentary]
In the UK, when a driver commits a serious motoring offence and is banned from driving the court has the option to impose an extended driving test on the driver before they get their licence back. The extended driving test lasts almost twice as long as the standard learners test and as a result, the test routes are considerably more challenging. It will include all the elements of a normal learner test, such as an eye test, one manoeuvre, and 20 minutes of independent driving - but will always include the emergency stop routine. Fire Response (San Diego)
San Diego Fire-Rescue Department and American Medical Response responding to a boat fire in Mission Bay. San Diego Fire-Rescue Department Lifeguards were first on scene to extinguish the boat fire and rescue the two passengers on the burning boat. The boat that caught fire was originally near the coast of the bay where the fire department is responding to, but through the firefighting efforts of lifeguards the boat drifted to the opposite side of the bay where the boat went ashore. San Diego Fire-Rescue Department redirected a few fire units to the location where the boat went ashore to assist with overhaul of the vessel, both passengers on the boat were transported to the hospital with burn injuries. 8-8-2019 San Diego, California, United States of America.
